levels. Whole grains offer a more healthful alternative compared
to highly processed or refined grains. Adding high fiber foods
like whole grains example whole wheat, brown rice, red rice, millets, and
quinoa, these whole grains provides more
vitamins and minerals as compared to refined grains. The other organic foods
which help in maintaining blood sugar levels are fenugreek seeds, flax seeds, wheat
